Because of social distancing, many on-ground testing centers cannot accommodate students for in-person testing at this time. TN eCampus strongly encourages the use of virtual proctoring, when proctoring is required. TN eCampus faculty are aware of the virtual proctoring resources available to their class. If you have questions about scheduling a virtual proctoring appointment or testing procedures in general, consult with your instructor.
Step 1: Choose any institution from the list of TBR Proctor Sites.
Step 2: Select your testing site from the TBR Proctor Sites link from Step 1. Follow the directions provided by the testing center for obtaining a proctor at that location. Some testing sites require scheduling appointments online. Others may specify telephone or email as their preferred method for scheduling proctored exams. If email is the preferred method for scheduling, please provide the following information in your email:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Instructor's name
- Instructor's email (outside of D2L)
- Instructor's phone number
- Course name
- Course number
- Semester and year
- Date and time proctor appointment is needed. Note: Call the proctor if you do not get a timely response by email.
Step 3: If your proctor is located at a TBR testing center, all pertinent information will be updated on a secure website.
