It strives to train students and facilitate the development of better understanding of human resources issues as they relate to other managerial functions, organizational behavior, and the ability of managers and the organization to achieve prescribed goals. Prerequisites and Co-requisites: Students taking this course must be admitted to the Masters of Professional studies degree program or have been granted permission to take this course by their degree granting institutions' faculty advisor for this program.
