All Other Problems – HelpSpot Ticketing System

HelpSpot is a ticketing system for students, faculty, staff and administrators to request help with various other issues not covered by the D2L Help Desk. HelpSpot tickets should be created when there is a request to change a password, if there are issues with proctoring or other student services, etc. TN eCampus staff members answer these tickets during normal business hours. Responses may not be immediate, but we answer as soon as possible!

To submit a ticket:

If you submit a ticket through the link, any person whose email address is placed in the “TO”, “CC”, or “BCC” fields will receive all communication associated with the request.

Texting Service

TN eCampus provides free student support via a texting service. Through the texting service, students are notified about important deadlines throughout the semester, like completing attendance reports through the Student Participation Survey, dates for proctored exams, and any course or system-specific problems. Students may also use the service to directly contact Student Success staff to ask questions or discuss issues.

There is a live, local Student Success staff member at the other end of the line who will reply as soon as they are able, typically within business hours.

Students who wish opt-in to this texting service should submit their information here.

Alternately, students may simply text 615-822-4350 at any time to enroll.

Please note that by texting that number, students consent to receive notifications from TN eCampus. Message and data rates may apply.

Students can opt-out of the texting service at any time by messaging STOP.
