As Support Success Manager, Ms. Callie Wise is responsible for ensuring superior customer service; monitoring the performance of end user support systems, and identifying, tracking and reporting service-impacting student and faculty issues found in inbound calls and support tickets. She also handles incoming Tier 2 caller issues and communicates with faculty and other campus personnel on course and student issues.
Ms. Wise brings over twenty years of teaching, advising and training experience to her position with the Tennessee Board of Regents. Prior to joining TBR, Callie was the Director of Continuing Education at Tennessee State University responsible for managing non-credit course offerings. She also worked at the Vanderbilt University Career Center as the Assistant Director of Alumni and Employer Relations.
Ms. Wise received her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and her Master’s degree in Community Counseling from the University of South Alabama. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration at Tennessee State University.
